We build stronger community through social dance. We explore the relationship between tradition and innovation. We teach history and perpetuate culture in a fun and interactive way. We support live music.

Swing dancing and Jitterbug are widely misunderstood terms mainly because they can mean any number of different things to any number of different people. As swing moved all over the country and the world, a wide variety of dances formed naturally based on regional music and culture. A few of these dances rose to international acclaim and are still danced socially today: Lindy Hop, Balboa, Charleston, Shag, Boogie Woogie, Rock & Roll, East Coast Swing, Zydeco, Cajun Jitterbug, and more.
